 Pineapple Cranberry Holiday Ham


                                

 

 

Pineapple Cranberry Glaze
 
1 Cup Whole Cranberries
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
½ Cup Water
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Tbs. Corn Syrup
1 Doz. Whole Cloves
 
Combine ingredients in saucepan and simmer over medium-hi heat for 20 minutes
Stir and crush cranberries periodically.


Pineapple Cranberry Holiday Ham

1 10lb Bone-In Smoked Ham (Butt)
Home-made Pineapple Cranberry Glaze (See Recipe)
1 Lemon, sliced
Water
 
Place ham in large, deep pot.
Cover with water, add lemon and boil for 30 minutes.
Remove ham and dress with Pineapple Cranberry Glaze.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
